◆ Earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Law from Nankai University. He also completed the EMBA program at Peking University Guanghua School of Management and attended the Global CEO Program jointly offered by China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Harvard University.

◆ Previously worked at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Law Firm, and Shinda Law Firm. With 13 years of experience as a partner attorney and being one of the first certified securities lawyers in China, he has served as legal counsel for over 60 corporate IPOs and refinancing projects. He brings more than 20 years of venture capital and investment management experience.

◆ Founded Cowin Venture in 2000 and established China’s first limited partnership venture capital fund in 2007. Currently, Cowin Venture manages assets of over RMB 35 billion, has invested in more than 700 enterprises, and achieved public listing exits for over 120 companies, establishing itself as one of the domestic investment institutions with the highest IPO success rate.
